These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Evershore website and the engagement of our in-home elderly care services. Please read them carefully. 1. Definitions

  • "Evershore" / "We" / "Us": The company operating in-home elderly care services from No. 82, Section 4, Heping East Road, Datong District, Taipei 103, Taiwan.
  • "Service": Any care arrangement provided by Evershore, including Weekend Respite Care, Nighttime Monitoring & Comfort, and Premium Holistic Home Care.
  • "User" / "You": Any person visiting this website or engaging with Evershore services.
  • "Client": The elderly individual receiving care services.
  • "Family Representative": The person responsible for engaging and managing a service arrangement on behalf of a client.
  • "Agreement": The acceptance of these Terms & Conditions together with any service confirmation issued by Evershore.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry form, engaging in a service consultation, or arranging a care service with Evershore, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter an agreement, and accept these terms in full.

3. Service Description

Evershore provides in-home elderly care services in Taipei, Taiwan. Services include personal care, companionship, medication management, nighttime supervision, and comprehensive daily care programmes as described on our Solutions page. Services are delivered by trained aides under coordination from Evershore's care team.

Service availability is subject to assessment, aide availability, and geographical reach. We serve Taipei and surrounding districts; coverage outside this area is subject to confirmation.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information about the client's care needs and health status during the assessment process.
  • You must inform Evershore promptly of any material changes to the client's condition or circumstances that affect service delivery.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the home environment is safe for Evershore aides to work in.
  • You must not ask aides to perform tasks outside the scope of the agreed care plan without prior written agreement from Evershore.
  • You must not treat aides in a way that is disrespectful, abusive, or creates an unsafe environment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, structure, design, and imagery — is the property of Evershore or licensed for our use. You may view and print content for personal reference only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is not permitted.

6. Payment Terms

Service fees are quoted in New Taiwan Dollar (NTD). Pricing for each service tier is published on our Solutions page and confirmed in writing prior to commencement. Current starting prices:

  • Weekend Respite Care: from NT$8,000 per shift
  • Nighttime Monitoring & Comfort: from NT$14,300 per overnight shift
  • Premium Holistic Home Care: from NT$58,600 per month

Payment terms are specified in the service agreement. Invoices are issued in advance of each service period. We accept bank transfer. All prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active clients.

7. Service Modifications & Cancellation

Service arrangements may be modified with reasonable notice. For cancellation of a scheduled service shift: we request at least 48 hours' notice where possible. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a partial service charge as specified in the individual service agreement.

Either party may terminate an ongoing arrangement with 14 days' written notice, except in cases of urgent safety concerns, which may result in immediate termination.

8. Disclaimers

Evershore provides professional personal care and companionship services. We are not a medical provider and our services do not constitute medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Health-related observations by our aides are communicated to families but do not replace professional medical advice.

Website content is provided for informational purposes. While we maintain it accurately, we make no representations about its completeness or fitness for a specific purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Evershore's total liability in connection with any service arrangement shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Evershore against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from inaccurate information you provided, your failure to disclose material health information about the client, or your breach of these terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution in good faith before pursuing formal proceedings.

Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Taipei, Taiwan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Active clients will be notified of material changes by email or through their care coordinator.
